CongreSoft is a cloud-based church management and engagement platform provided by Tech Premier Limited, UK Company No. 14515262.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to act on behalf of your church or organisation
• Provide accurate registration information

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities under your account, and ensuring authorised access only. CongreSoft is not liable for unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
• Do not upload harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• Do not attempt to breach platform security
• Do not misuse member or personal data
• Do not reverse-engineer or copy the software

5. Data Ownership

Churches retain full ownership of their data. CongreSoft acts as a data processor. Users grant CongreSoft permission to process data solely to provide the service.

6. Subscription & Payments (If Applicable)

• Fees are billed as agreed at subscription
• Failure to pay may result in suspension
• Prices may change with notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and trademarks are the property of Tech Premier Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the Terms are violated, there is misuse of the platform, or if required by law. Users may terminate their account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CongreSoft is provided “as is”. Tech Premier Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid (if any).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Premier Limited from claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
